This is a fun budget deck for the casual commander player. The deck is built to sneak ninjas into play for unblockable damage and great value. Below is a complete decklist so you can get a closer look.

This is NOT an official Wizards of the Coast preconstructed deck (I designed and built this custom budget deck myself.) Most of the cards will be Near Mint (NM) but some may be Slightly played or Moderately played. Ships in 1 business day so you'll get it fast. Designer Notes: Many creatures in the deck are hard to block, so you can activate your ninjutsu easily and early in the game. The converted mana cost of split cards is the combined mana cost of both sides while they're in your deck, so you can use them to deal MASSIVE damage with your commander by scrying them to the top of your deck with cards like Omen of the Sea. The deck plays some cycling cards with high mana costs that you can simply cycle if you draw them and don't need them, but when they're on the top of your library they deal a lot of damage with your Commander. Portal of sanctuary can be a way to reuse your ninjas and protect your board from removal during your own turn.
