Shipping Policy

Supported Countries:
Moonveil Games currently only ships and services the United States of America and its regional territories. We do not ship Internationally. Buyers are responsible for any additional or unforeseen tarifs, taxes, or duty fees.

Shipping Rates:
We offer free shipping on all orders of $30 or more meaning all of our Commander Decks qualify. Orders totaling $29.99 or less are subject to a $7.99 shipping charge. We also offer Expedited Priority mail shipping for $11.99 as an alternative.

Shipping Prices & Speed:
We currently ship using USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Priority mail is used when a customer pays $11.99 during checkout for expedited shipping.
All orders are shipped within 1 business day of the order being placed. This means an order placed on Friday may not ship until Monday. In some circumstances such as high volume, internal issues, or unforeseen natural occurrences there may be a delay in shipping times.

Estimated Shipping Times to Delivery:
All orders shipping times begin once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order was placed. The estimated standard shipping times of each general use parcel are below.

Standard Mail (usps ground advantage): 3-6 business days
Expedited Mail (usps priority mail): 2-4 business days

Note: These times can extend at USPS discretion due to high volume, internal issues, or natural occurrences that delay delivery.
