Refund policy

RETURN AND CANCELATION POLICY

We accept returns on all our commander decks. Reach out to us with proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order to begin the return process for a refund, or open a refund in your customer account on our website. We will respond within 24 hours with additional instructions on how to complete your return. Shipping during no fault returns is covered by you. Product returns will be refunded at the price at the time of purchase and the cards themselves must be in similar condition compared to when we sent them out.

Deck Sleeve Return Policy

Deck sleeves may only be returned if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
Opened or used deck sleeves are not eligible for return or exchange.


Deck Box Return Policy

Deck boxes may only be returned if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
Opened or used deck boxes are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you need to cancel your order please reach out as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet we will cancel your order for a refund at no additional cost to you. If your order has already shipped you will have to initiate a return as soon as you receive it.

If you would like to initiate a return for a refund we ask that you please do it directly with us and to refrain from using Chargebacks or other third-party claims. We are not responsible for packages that are missing when marked delivered, or packages delivered to the wrong address, when the address provided to us is incorrect.



POKEMON TRADING CARD RETURN POLICY

Please Note: Pokémon products are brand new & factory sealed. In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns of any trading cards.

Any issues related to mispacks, misprints or other manufacturing issues must be resolved by contacting the Pokemon Company directly.
