Are your commander decks built using authentic cards officially printed by Hasbro/WOTC?
ALL cards included in our decks are authentic Wizards of the Coast Magic the Gathering cards, you will never receive fake or proxy cards.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped within 1 business day of the order being placed. This means an order placed on Friday may not ship until Monday. In some circumstances such as high volume, internal issues, or unforeseen natural occurrences there may be a delay in shipping times.
How long does it take you to restock a deck that is sold out?
It depends. Decks can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to restock depending on card availability. Some decks may take longer. Please reach out and let us know if you’re interested in a deck that is currently out of stock.
What condition can I expect the cards to be in?
Most are in near mint condition, but some may be in lightly played or moderately played condition.
Will my deck contain any foils?
Our decks sometimes include the occasional foil card. We do not intentionally include foils, but depending on card availability it is a possibility.
My address is incorrect on my order, what do I do?
Reach out to us as soon as possible either through the contact page on our website https://moonveilgames.com/pages/contact or by using our customer chat. Be sure to include details such as your order number, name and products purchased, as well as the corrected address you need us to send your order to instead.
Do your custom commander decks come with tokens?
No they do not, but we do offer dry erase tokens on the website if you'd like to add those to your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping on our website but we do offer it on eBay through the global shipping program! If you are interested in purchasing from us that would be your best option. https://www.ebay.com/str/smaegames
Do you take deck suggestions?
Absolutely, we do take deck suggestions! Please feel free to reach out whenever you don't see a commander you'd like to purchase. We cannot guarantee that we will offer it in the future, but it will increase the odds that we build it.
I’d like to return my item, how do I go about doing this?
Please refer to our Refund Policy on our website.
Do you take custom deck requests?
At this time we don't offer that service, but we will let everyone know if anything changes. We do accept deck suggestions if you had a particular commander in mind. This doesn't guarantee that we will offer that commander in the future, but does increase its chances that we build it.
