Designer Notes: The deck plays a lot of extra mana effects so you can get your commander out early, and have a ton of mana to play multiple cards from the top of your opponent's library in the same turn. Cards that mill 1 card from your opponents library are helpful to remove useless cards you don't want to play, and help find their best cards. Lastly cards like memory lapse put specific cards on top of your opponents library so you can cast them!
