Designer Notes: You have many "pingers" that ping each of your opponents for 1 damage allowing you to cast your commander and reducing the costs of your other creatures. Colorless Creatures can have their costs reduced to 0 which is very powerful because it can sometimes allow you to dump a lot of your hand at once.
