Designer Notes: The deck plays a nice mix of different colored spells so you can get the most out of Niv-Mizzet's Effect. There's a theme of flickering (making your creatures leave the battlefield, then come back) so you can retrigger your commander's effect repeatedly for huge value! Cards like General Ferrous Rokiric are really powerful in this deck.
