Designer Notes.: Using Ninjas and other hard to block creatures summon an army of powerful dragons with your commander. Many of your creatures already have haste and will easily trigger your commander's ability summoning a dragon, but other small cheap creatures work too by using your commander to grant them haste! The deck has many ways to easily sneak your ninjas like Silent-Blade oni into play.
