This is NOT an official Wizards of the Coast preconstructed deck (I designed and built this custom budget deck myself.) Most of the cards will be Near Mint (NM) but some may be Slightly played or Moderately played. Ships in 1 business day so you'll get it fast. Designer Notes: The deck plays plenty of cards with Scry to reduce the cost of your powerful finisher spells. Use Scry to setup your commander's -3 ability to spawn the most dragons possible. Cards like Clone Legion and Storm herd can be played cheaply by reducing your cost with your commander, or can be exiled from the top of your deck spawning a ton of dragon cards. The deck has a powerful flying subtheme as well with cards like Siani, Eye of the storm and Eligeth, Crossroads augur which play nicely with all the scrying.
