Designer Notes: Doran is a great commander for a treefolk deck because he's a treefolk, and he helps boost the damage output by taking advantage of their high toughness. The deck plays some extra mana effects because treefolk tend to be more expensive. Use cards like Slaughter the strong and Behind the Scenes to take advantage of your treefolk's low power.
