Designer Notes:  The deck plays a lot of ways to discard cards, and payoffs like madness effects when you do.  The Underworld Cookbook will help as a discard outlet too, and help you get food tokens into play.  Cards like Squee can serve as fuel for discard effects too allowing you to get ahead, while cards Like Faith of the Devoted will help you get more value from discarding cards.
