This is NOT an official Wizards of the Coast preconstructed deck (We designed and built this custom budget deck ourselves.) Most of the cards will be Near Mint (NM) but some may be Slightly played or Moderately played. Ships in 1 business day so you'll get it fast. Been debating on getting the Codie the Verciferous Codex deck but it was always sold out. Bought 2 mystery decks and scored it! So I got the deck for basically near the actual cost. Would definitely do this again if they offer it more! No regrets!
I got a deck that I absolutely wouldn't have picked for myself and it's totally dope. Can't wait for the next go around of mystery decks.
I purchased this deck as part of the mystery deck promotion, and was excited to receive it and play it with friends. I haven’t gotten a chance to play with the deck, but I’ve looked over the contents and the strategy and card selection looks solid. Communication, shipping time, and the quality of the packaging used to ship the deck was great and I definitely don’t have any complaints there.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the overall value of the deck. For what I paid for the deck as part of the mystery deck promotion, and the current cost of the deck now, I definitely overpaid for the value of the cards I received.
While I would definitely purchased another deck from Moonveil after fully seeing its contents, I wouldn’t necessarily pay for a mystery deck again given the potentially huge difference between the cost of the purchase versus the value received.
Getting a random deck eased my anxiety and I was super happy with my random deck I received. 100 percent would buy another if it wasn’t sold out.
Like the idea of getting a full commander deck that’s playable and not too hard to understand.
