Designer Notes: Use your commander to cast powerful Dragons from your hand and graveyard. Rivaz will help you play expensive game changing dragon cards much earlier by tapping for mana, and helps by bringing them back from the graveyard as well. Powerful discard effects like Neheb, Dreadhorde Champion and Cathartic Reunion will help get dragons in the graveyard for you to cast later. Strong dragon cards like Warmonger Hellkite and Tyrant of Kher ridges help finish out the game and swing for huge damage in combat!
